2. What data we collect

We collect the following information:

Email address — when you join the waitlist
IP address — logged automatically when you submit the waitlist form, used to prevent abuse
Page visit data — anonymised page views, referrer source, and browser type for analytics purposes. We do not use cookies for tracking.
Google Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand traffic patterns. This may set cookies on your device. See Google's privacy policy for details.

3. Why we collect it

Email — to notify you when early access opens, and to send relevant product updates. We will never send unrelated marketing.
IP address — fraud prevention and abuse detection only.
Analytics — to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your email address is consent — you provided it voluntarily when joining the waitlist. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

We retain waitlist emails until you request deletion, or until 12 months after the product launches, whichever comes first. Page view logs are retained for 90 days.

Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Object — object to processing of your data

getmem.ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
